Refund & Returns Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may return your Hardero order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection principles (consistent with Directive 2011/83/EU and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). No reason is required for a return within this period.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery note) must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used supplement bottles (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Orders returned after the 14-day window has elapsed.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@beamjoint.world with your name, order details and reason for return (optional).
2. We will provide a return address and instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost. We recommend using tracked postage.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@beamjoint.world with a description and photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
